Tareq Co.W.L.L. is to serve the homebound population with a high level of professional and supervised care. Tareq Home Health Care’s patient care is managed by providing complete and comprehensive home therapy. The professional staff are screened and carefully referred to provide homecare services with a personal touch. The staff includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, personal care aides and all function as a coordinated body and involved in plan of care.
Our staff is available 24 hours a day , 7 days a week and 365 days a year to coordinate care and instruct the families on how to function as care givers.
Geriatric Nursing Care
Tareq Home Health Care provides specialized home care services for families and their children. Our highly skilled pediatric nurses have in depth clinical experience and extensive educational background. Home health care services are provided by our nurse and include participation by other family members. The Registered Nurse consults frequently with the physician and develops a plan of care not only for the child, but for the family as well.

Mental Health Nursing
Our mental health team provides care under the supervision of a psychiatrist to children, adolescents and adults with emotional and/or psychiatric problems. The team members include psychiatric nurses, occupational therapist and home health aides. The goal of our team is to keep patients functioning as independently as possible in their home and community and assist them in leading productive, complete lives. Physical Therapy
Restoring the treated patient back to total health and to a full life is the task of our rehabilitation team under the direction of M.D. We offer home and hospital services/care for acute and chronic medical conditions and musculoskeletal / neurological / orthopedic conditions. We also provide pain and arthritic care and geriatric and pediatric rehabilitation.
Our team promotes a quality of life approach patient management and insures that patients and their families’ area provided with optimum care.
