TR Equipment

In 1985 KEBO introduced the product segment, Patient Hygiene, when the company started to manufacture and market Height adjustable bathtubs, Shower trolleys and Patient lifts. The base for these products came from the company Samarite AB in Härnösand which was acquired the same year.

The Patient Hygiene products were marketed in the name KEBO until 1990 when the name TR Equipment was introduced.


During the resent years the products have been developed and new products introduced. In 2007 design updates of TR 2000/3000 Shower trolleys and the TR 9650 Mobile patient combi lift were presented to the market and the latest development is the Bariatric Shower trolleys.

 

During 2009 a wholly owned subsidiary was formed in the UK responsible for sales, service and support in the UK and Ireland market place.

In January 2010 TR Equipment acquried the major part of TRanspoRehaMed GmbH in Germany which are resposible for sales, service and support in Germany and Austria. By this acquisition the TR Comfortline bathtub range was integrated in the TR Equipment product range.
