Hybrid O.R. System

Angiography system in which the catheterization table is replaced with an operating table

To realize the "hybrid approach", which combines catheterization and surgical treatment, the new angiography system has replaced the catheterization table with a dedicated operating table for performing surgical procedures.

  • The ceiling-suspended C-arm can be moved longitudinally, supporting efficient use of the operating room. In procedures requiring fluoroscopy in combination, the C-arm can be set near the operating table. When fluoroscopy is not needed, the arm can be moved away from the table. The system permits flexible layout of the operating room according to the type of procedure required.
  • As well as supporting longitudinal movement, the ceiling-suspended C-arm can travel in the lateral direction. In addition, the C-arm can be introduced from the left or right side of the patient or from the head end.
  • The system is provided with the option to reconstruct 3D images from various types of images.
  • The C-arm system can be fully integrated with Maquet Magnus 1180 operating table.

Hybrid Cath-lab System

Angiography system incorporating a cradle catheterization table

With the cradle tilt mechanism, this angiography system supports not only conventional catheterization procedures, but also diagnostic and puncture procedures as well as hybrid procedures incorporating surgical techniques.

  • The tabletop can be tilted in both the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction, allowing it to be set to the ideal angle for the procedure.
  • Even with the incorporation of the tabletop cradle mechanism, the standard functions of a catheterization table are fully retained. It matches or exceeds the capabilities of a conventional catheterization table in terms of manual positioning, load capacity, and longitudinal, lateral, and vertical movement.
  • The multiaxis C-arm can move independently in the longitudinal and lateral directions and can be introduced from the left and right sides of the patient as well as from the head end. In addition, the system is available in single-plane and biplane configurations.
  • The system is provided with the option to reconstruct 3D images from various types of images.
